Brent works with his wife, Steph Bradley-Allan together have formed a dynamic partnership which is focused on innovative thinking, high performance strategy and superior service delivery to clients.

Brent’s professional experience is built on the successful development and sale of many franchises, businesses and properties in the Wellington region and the lower North Island. He was recently the fastest start up franchisee to six figures against 250 other franchisees globally, and now he brings this urgency and expertise to his real estate clients.

He has been involved in many sectors of business – agricultural, financial planning, manufacturing, finance, service, property and complex IT sales (CRM, ERP, MRP, Workflow, Financial Reporting). As National Solution Sales Manager he played a large part in winning the largest corporate client award in 2011 with Greentree ERP software.

Brent is a highly motivated, positive and passionate person who loves to build relationships and wants to see people do well in life. His knowledge of personal development, sales and marketing, business, family trusts, finance and property experience gives him a very strong foundation.
