Find out more about Steph Bradley-Allan
REAA qualified as a licensed salesperson, Stephanie works alongside her husband, Brent Bradley-Allan, with the core focus of developing and delivering the marketing strategy, organisational services, and client liaison. Brent fondly calls her “the glue”.
Steph knows the Kapiti Coast well, attending Paraparaumu College, and is very happy once again to be a part of the community. She passionately channels into her career a very interesting breadth of skills and experience. Steph, after training at Otago Polytechnic as an Occupational Therapist, went on to sell and manage a retail mobile phone store. In stark comparison, for five years she also trained police recruits and facilitated many experiential leadership courses for senior staff at the NZ Police as a self-defense tactics instructor and lecturer. Steph has also worked in the health sector developing and managing therapeutic solutions for her clients. Steph harnesses her past experiences across all her previous roles to help and guide people through important decisions. She holds the belief that real estate is all about people and very little about property.
Stephanie is now, once again, an energetic real estate sales professional having been previously AREINZ qualified (NCertBus), working in and managing sales teams right here on the Kapiti Coast for five years. Her previous role also required her to complete half of the company’s sale and purchase negotiations alongside business development and quality control.
Steph loves to exercise and is no stranger to hard work and grind – having completed a full Ironman and holding a second dan black belt in both Zen Do Kai Freestyle Karate and Muay Thai Kickboxing. She is also now authoring her first non-fiction book.
Steph and Brent are very family orientated, and like the challenge of balancing a very full and satisfying professional life with their responsibilities to guide and enjoy their growing family. If you are looking for a well rounded professional who ‘gets it’, don’t hesitate to have a chat to Steph.
